What do I need to bring?
A valid Indian driving licence and one photo ID. We check both at handover and keep a copy on file.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, refundable, collected at handover. The amount depends on the car — we confirm it on the phone before your booking is final.
How does fuel work?
The car reaches you with its fuel level noted. Return it at the same level and there is nothing to settle.
Do you deliver the car?
Yes. Doorstep pickup and drop anywhere in Mumbai, and airport handover at either terminal.
Can somebody else drive the car?
Only the driver named on the booking. Add a second driver when you book and we will note their licence too.
What happens if something goes wrong on the road?
Call either number. Roadside assistance is included on every booking, at any hour.
